You've been called for Jury Duty. Step into a thrilling courtroom drama where the audience is the jury. Listen to testimonies, analyze evidence, and ultimately decide... guilt or not guilty?
Inspired by true events, this courtroom drama sees greed, passion, and revenge collide in a gripping murder trial. But with no DNA evidence, a tangled love triangle, and a multimillion-dollar divorce in the mix, who’s telling the truth?
Throughout the show, analyze witness testimonies, examine the evidence, answer complex questions, and try to uncover what really happened. Every word matters. Every detail counts. And at the end, you must cast the vote that determines the fate of the accused. Will justice be served? Well, that’s up to you.
"Like Me, Like You"

Like Me, Like You introduces little ones to the idea of inclusivity, celebrating different cultures and sows the seeds for anti-racism and bullying prevention.Students will meet three characters through a series of short scenes with songs, dance, puppets and stories that build their sense of personal safety and belonging, and teach them how to advocate for themselves and each other.
Like Me, Like You was developed throughout 2018 in close partnership with Reconciliation SA, the Department for Education, Catholic Education South Australia, and the Association of Independent Schools of South Australia. Additionally, we would like to thank the following artists and schools for helping develop the work: Jermaine Hampton, Karno Martin, Mahira Hasanovic, Stephanie Fisher, Lochy Maybury, and Lachy Micklethwaite and Kaurna Plains School, Kilkenny Primary School, and Upper Sturt Primary School.

For this beautifully simple installation, Stan’s Cafe converts human population statistics into a landscape of labelled rice piles where one grain = one person.
In this way, abstract numbers become easy to understand and gain a powerful emotional force. Walking between the piles of rice, visitors encounter a work that is politically engaged, witty, shocking and humane. It is educational, poetic and provocative. There is a good chance it will change the way you look at the world.
First performed in 2003, it is made afresh for every location it visits, evolving throughout the performance, responding to breaking news and visitor’s suggestions.
Stan’s Cafe is one of the UK’s foremost independent theatre companies. Founded in 1991, and based in Birmingham, they have a vast back catalogue of highly inventive productions, performed in a great array of settings.

Whale

Unannounced, a sperm whale beached itself on the shores of Glenelg (Pathawilyangga) and later on the banks of the Torrens River (Karrawirra Pari) in Elder Park. A grey giant with jaws wide open, eyeing the sky. A dumb question from the sea to man, a riddle from the deep.
The beaching of a whale has always been a solemn yet captivating event.
Whale is a gigantic metaphor of the disruption of our ecological system, embodying the feeling of disconnection between humans and nature. The game between fiction and reality comes to life in this tactile tragedy on Glenelg Beach and in Elder Park.
Since 2008, Captain Boomer Collective’s Whale has made strategic appearances in major cities including London, Paris, Warsaw and Madrid, as well as smaller cities and villages across Europe.

The world of our production will be one in which Macbeth wrestles with the experience of living between blurred lines of what is real and what isn’t. To what extent is s/he hallucinating, to what extent is Macbeth responsible for his/her condition and is Macbeth doomed to repeat the experience of his/her actions?
Given two similar versions with completely separate casts, we ask the question: how much of the difference between the two performances is inherent in the production and how much is in the perception and reception of the audience?”
